What materials do you use?
We mainly use natural fabrics like Silk, Brocade, jute, Denim, Tissues, Cotton, and Canvas. Our handles are made from metal, wood, or acrylic.
Can the bag be customized?
Yes, to a large extent, the bags can be customized for shape, color, and size. However, it does depend on the availability of material and time.
Are the bags handmade?
Yes, Our bags are hand-embroidered ( handwork/ machine work) by skilled Karigars and hand-stitched (machine assisted) by skilled craftsmen.
Do you provide after-service on repairs?
We pride ourselves on our quality. If there is any issue with the zip, handle, buckle, or deformation, Yes, We do provide after services.
Who is the designer?
All our bags are designed by our founder & creative director, Sonal Kankiya. She is a certified ‘bag-maker’ by education and has carved a niche in the handmade bag category in India over the past decade.
Do you have any stores?
We do not have any physical stores currently, but you can visit the studio with a prior appointment. We also do a lot of pop-ups where you can visit us to shop. Follow us on Instagram to stay tuned in with our whereabouts.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, we ship pan India.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, We do ship out of India. However, charges might differ according to the location.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Depending on the order size, we can offer larger orders at discounted prices.
Can I return my order?
Yes, only if there is any defect from our end.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We ship our products within 3-5 business days from the order. You can expect door-to-door delivery within a week.
Are the bags waterproof?
No, they are mostly made with fabric and canvas and are not resilient to water.
What are the modes of payment? Is COD available?
You can pay via debit/credit cards or any UPI payment gateway. We do not offer COD at the moment.
How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
Can I order a gift for someone else?
Yes, we will gift wrap the bag and make sure no mention of the price is on it.
