Return Policy

POTLIS.com offers a simple and easy 7 days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

All items purchased from POTLIS.COM can be returned for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider)

The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a wallet credit in their POTLIS.com account.

NOTE: The shipping charge is not refundable.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • They should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, POTLIS.com should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share snap shot at mail@potlis.com
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to POTLIS.com. In this case, an amount of Rs.50/- will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a wallet credit. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

The Return Process.

Online Return/Exchange.

You can return or exchange an item online at POTLIS.com by following the given steps.

  • Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at POTLIS.COM
  • Choose the order that needs modification.
  • Select the product to return or exchange and fill in the required information.

  • Order Number/Registered email Id.
  • Product Name.
  • Pick-Up Address.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form* is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.

*Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment

to POTLIS.com. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have lost your return form, click here to print a new one.

Credit Returns

The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account, refunds back to credit cards, debit cards, net banking or bank accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 bank working days after we receive and process your return.
  • A Wallet Credit of the refund value in your POTLIS.com account, which can be redeemed against any purchase on POTLIS.com You may check the issued Wallet Credit under the ‘My Wallet’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ on com.
